Printed to order
Everything we make is printed from your design, at the size you chose, just for you. We can’t sell it to anyone else, so we can’t take back a custom print because you changed your mind.
We’d rather tell you now than have you find out later.
What we’ll always put right
- The print is faulty, damaged in transit, or doesn’t match the file you sent.
- We printed the wrong size, material or finish.
- The color is clearly wrong: not the slight shift between screen and print, but visibly not the color you sent.
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll reprint it or refund you. To report a problem, contact us with your order number.
Low-resolution files
We tell you the resolution your file needs before you upload it, and we warn you if it falls short. If you go ahead after that warning, a soft or blurry print isn’t a fault we can reprint for free.
Canceling an order
You can cancel for free any time before we start printing. There’s no cancellation fee. To cancel, contact us with your order number.
