Common questions
How is the price worked out?
Prints are priced by area: width × height × a rate per square foot that depends on the material. Finishing is added on top: hemming and pole pockets by the linear foot, grommets by the number fitted, and lamination by the square foot. Apparel is priced per item. Your cart shows every part of the price.
Is there a minimum price?
Very small orders pay a minimum price, and your cart shows it when it applies. There’s no minimum quantity: you can order just one.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. Order 5 or more of the same design and the price of each goes down. The price updates as you change the quantity.
Can I order a size that isn’t listed?
Yes. The preset sizes are shortcuts, not the whole range. Type any size within the limits shown.
How long will it take?
Most orders ship in 3–5 business days, and apparel in 2–4. Checkout shows the date your order will ship. Read about shipping and delivery.
Will it look like it does on screen?
Close, but not identical. Screens give off light and print reflects it. See it on your wall shows your design at its real size, so the scale you see is accurate.
Do you keep my designs?
Yes. We keep the files for everything you order, and every design you save to My Designs, so you can come back to it, order it again, or change it later. Uploads you never order or save are deleted after 90 days. We use your files only to print your orders.
Can I get a proof?
The preview in the design editor is your proof: what you place is what we print. If you’d like a person to check your file before you order, contact us.
